This is for a Single Use Music License. Once you pay you can download the song and then email us at wav-legion@gmail for your License. We will need your name and mailing address for the License and we will email you your contract within 3 business days.

Personal License-$5 US

 

• Our personal license grants you the rights to use a track in your single video, hosted on the social web. This license is perpetual and allows unlimited views, but it cannot be monetized.
• Do:
• Use for your personal video (for example: home video, family vacation, graduation, time-lapse)
• Use by a student for a student class assignment/project
•  
• Don’t:
• Use for any professional purpose or reel
• Use in more than one single video
• Advertise or promote any product, service, brand, or business
• Accept payment by a brand or service to create the content
• Use the track for any business media (training video, corporate communications, website, etc.)
• Use the track in an official video that promotes a school/university — for example, on a school’s website, YouTube channel, or social media site

•      Indie Film license- $99 US

The Indie Film license allows use of a track in a single film or video that is distributed online or screened for film festivals. It is a perpetual license. If you require expanded rights for greater distribution at a later date, we will arrange an upgrade for the license. *For films with budgets over $1 million please contact us.

Do:

• Use in a single film where the budget is less than $1 million*
• Share the film on the web
• Submit to film festivals

Don’t:

• Use in more than one single film
• Advertise or promote any product, service, brand, or business with the track
• Use the track in a separate promotional trailer
• Broadcast on television or screen in theaters, outside of festivals, DVDs or direct downloads

FOR BUSINESSES WITH GROSS ANNUAL REVENUE UP TO $10 MILLION.

Our business license allows the use of one track for your business video, hosted on your company website and social media. This license grants one year rights.

Do:

• Use on the company website, YouTube channel, and other social media
• Use in a trade show presentation, internal presentation, or training video

Don’t:

• Use in more than one single video
• Use in video where the business/third party earns more than 10 million in annual revenue
• Use in a media buy, such as pre-roll, post-roll, or pop-up ad
• Use in broadcast television, theatre advertisements, or DVD release

FOR BUSINESSES WITH GROSS ANNUAL REVENUE UP TO $10 MILLION.

• Use in a trade show presentation, internal presentation, or training video

• Use in more than one single video
• Use in video where the business/third party earns more than 10 million in annual revenue

Our Business license allows the use of one track for your business video, which can be hosted on your company website and social media pages. This license is perpetual.

• Use on the company website, YouTube channel, and other social media
• Use in a trade show presentation, internal presentation, or training video

Don’t:

• Use in more than one single video
• Use in video where the business/third party earns more than 40 million in annual revenue
• Use in a media buy, such as pre-roll, post-roll, or pop-up ad
• Use in broadcast television, theatre advertisements, or DVD release
